How to start onboarding from Apex27
Step 1
Navigate to the listing for the property you'd like to start the onboarding process with. From here, you can onboard your sellers and/or buyers. If the listing doesn't exist, create it first.
Step 2
Once you're on the listing page, click the down arrow next to the property address and then select "Open Kotini" to start the process.
Step 3
Almost immediately after you click "Open Kotini" you'll receive a notification with a link to start the process. Click the link in this notification to be taken to Kotini where you can then create your case.
Step 4
The easiest part of the process... now, you leave it to us to get your client to complete your onboarding process. As normal, you'll get emails telling you when your client completes key tasks. Once everything is complete we'll push all the documents, such as ID reports, title documents* and more, to the listing.
*The documents pushed back to the listing will be dependent on the requirements you set for the client as well as what your account has permissions for.

How to link a case in Kotini to your listing in Apex27
You'll likely want to do this if you've created a case in Kotini without going through the listing in your CRM. When this happens, you can simply link the case in Kotini to your CRM listing.
Step 1
Navigate to the Apex27 integration page, and using the address search at the top, search for a specific property. You'll then get returned matches from your CRM, which you can click through to see any cases related to it in Kotini.
Step 2
You'll now be taken to a page where you'll see your property and any cases already linked to or related to it (matched by address). If you've created a case for the property but it's not linked yet, it will appear in the "All related cases" section.
Step 3
In the "All related cases" section, find the case you want to link to your CRM listing and click "Link"
Step 4
Kotini will automatically link the case to your listing, and if there are any documents on the case, push them to your CRM listing. If any new documents are created the link will now ensure all new documents are also pushed to your CRM listing.
