ID Checks for Non-UK Passports, Driving License etc.

When completing an ID check using a non-UK passport or other form of identification, please make sure your passport number or number for the identity is entered exactly as shown, but without any special characters.

Special characters include:

  • Brackets ( )

  • Dots .

  • Dashes -

Example:
If your passport number is shown as AB-123.456(7), please enter it as:
​AB1234567

This ensures your ID check is processed smoothly without delays.
