If you head to a property case and click on a client there is an actions button in the bottom right. Here you will find a 'Nudge client' button. This will send a notification and email to the client reminding them to accept the invite to Kotini or the outstanding tasks.
Please note, reminders are also sent on days 1,2,3,5,7 and 10.
